Patrick Marasso: Others

Patrick Marasso is the third aspect of this exhibit triangle, and his narrative oil paintings on panel are executed with great care. Using found photographs of 1960’s and 70’s family gatherings and parties, he recreates dramatic scenarios that have a sense of weird mystery and humor. Marasso is well regarded in the Sacramento art community, having exhibited often with former galleries, Michael Himovitz and Exploding Head, and more recently The Verge. He received his MA from CSU Sacramento, and his BFA from CSU Long Beach.
